At Eldersfield, our guiding
principle is one of respect for the animal and for its habitat.
Therefore, we actively work and farm to improve bio diversity to
increase the number of wild species that live on our farms.
Our livestock is fed on produce grown by us wherever possible and all food is traceable to source. We do not use or feed genetically modified products or products from unsustainable sources. We believe that this not only guarantees produce of the highest quality and safety, but also allows us to live side by side with nature. |

The FABBL Farm Assurance Scheme was set up in 1992 to provide a nationwide farm assurance scheme, to give retailers and consumers confidence in British livestock production standards.
